1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered in damaged or defective condition.

  • The product received is incorrect or does not match your order.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Note: Custom-printed items (e.g., letter pads, file covers, signage, etc.) and hygiene-related products (e.g., hospital garments, cleaners, consumables) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@angelhospitalmart.com with your order number, issue details, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Our support team will evaluate your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If eligible, a full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • You will be notified via email once your refund is processed.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The returned product is used or damaged due to mishandling.

  • The product is returned without original packaging/accessories.

  • The return request was made after the 7-day window.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

  • In case of an incorrect or defective product, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, based on your preference and product availability.

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping costs.

  • For all other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipment (whichever is earlier).

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
